About Me

Since I got my first analogue camera in the early 90´s, I have had a hope and a strong wish that my pictures and videos could make a difference and contribute to a better understanding of the world. I have worked with several NGOs around the world documenting the stories and lives of people living in poverty.
In South Africa I worked with Masifunde in a township called Walmer - an area with high levels of crime, alcohol and drug abuse and a very low level of education. My role was to try to give the children an opportunity for a better future through a learning program where I was teaching English and Society and documenting the Masifunde projects.
In Thailand I have worked extensively on an AIDS centre together with the organisation Hands of Hope. I was behind a big project with the goal of helping AIDS patients to a better life by selling their handicraft. The project is called Hand Made and I organized the whole process and the production of a catalogue, not only focusing of the artwork but also telling the story of the artisans.

I have a Degree in Visual Communication from the Danish School of Media and Journalism. The education has given me the skills and knowledge to communication to a specific audience. I can create a campaign from concept development to producing the final films and pictures through branding via social media and other channels.

As a person I love meeting new people and I am very dedicated in the people and projects that I am working with. I think it’s very important to involve yourself as much as possible so that the outcome becomes true and real.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you need help getting your project documented, keeping social media and your homepage updated or just need a new visual identity. I promise that I will do my best to spread your stories in the best way possible
